Safety isn't just a word at Young Contracting Co., Inc. – it's a way of life. From day one, every employee is educated in YCCI's strict policies on safety; and all field personnel receive routine training on all industry and OSHA regulations. YCCI and our employees have even been recognized locally and nationally for their safe practices.

Safety is such a priority at Young Contracting Co., Inc. that we have a full-time Safety Coordinator, whose primary function is to manage all safety initiatives, training and incident reports. We also retain an independent firm to conduct scheduled and random safety audits on all job sites. Should they witness unsafe conditions or work habits, they have the authority to stop the job until the situation conforms to all regulations.

Taking these precautions may seem a bit excessive – especially in today's world of cutting costs wherever possible. But we're not willing to take chances with our employees' well-being. Or our clients' investment.
