Our relationship doesn’t end when the keys are turned over.
In fact in many ways, it’s just beginning.

At the end of each project, clients receive a manual containing copies of all documents that went into their job, including:

• Contact information for subcontractors
• Certificate of Occupancy
• Approved submittals
• “As-Built” drawings
• Warranty information and request forms

And should something ever go wrong, Young Contracting Co., Inc. will be there to make it right. Clients simply call our Warranty Request line and we take it from there – no matter what the problem. Our in-house representatives coordinate labor and schedules to accommodate our client’s needs, causing little or no disruption to their daily routines.
