Built just outside Orlando, in Sanford, FL, Marketplace at Seminole Town Center, is a 550,000 square foot shopping center that features a wide variety of national and regional tenants including Cost Plus World Market, Old Navy, Petco and Dick’s Sporting Goods.

This project presented unique challenges for our team. During construction, four major hurricanes hit the coast of Florida causing damage to the area and impacting the construction of Seminole Marketplace. Despite these challenges, our team worked diligently to keep construction on schedule to meet the grand opening date. As part of Young Contracting’s ongoing efforts to assist those in need in our community, as well as the communities in which we build, Young Contracting made a contribution to the American Red Cross’ Disaster Relief Fund to help those affected by the hurricanes.
