When JCPenney needed a contractor who specialized in keeping stores open and operational during construction, they came to us. As part of the JCPenney Department Rollout Program, our team worked on projects throughout Alabama and Mississippi . The work included the demolition and rework of various departments within the store. The scope included polished concrete flooring, fixtures, painting, drywall, porcelain and quarry tiles and electrical work. Each program lasted two to three months. Keeping our client’s priorities in mind, we phased the work throughout the different departments to minimize the impact of their customers and our team often worked nights to ensure it was a pleasant shopping experience for everyone during construction.
